City of Greater Sudbury Honours Its Volunteers

May 19, 2022

Each year, the City of Greater Sudbury recognizes community volunteers through the Civic Awards. The awards are presented to individuals and groups who consistently give back to the community.

Civic Awards promote and reward leadership, humanitarian service and enrichment of the human spirit through volunteerism and community involvement.

These annual awards recognize one of our community’s greatest assets,” said the Mayor of Greater Sudbury. “Our volunteers are dedicated and devoted to giving back, and their leadership and involvement truly make a difference in our community. On behalf of City Council, I thank them for their outstanding service.”
