Alarm System Testing on Kelly Lake Road

The City of Greater Sudbury will be testing a new chemical leak alarm system at the Greater Sudbury Wastewater Treatment Plant on Kelly Lake Road the week of May 16 to 20, 2022. Testing will occur only during regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This is only a test. The alarm system will be implemented after testing is completed May 20. The new system will include red and blue beacon lights and horns and will emit a loud siren noise in the event of a chemical leak.
