Statement from Mayor Bigger - COVID-19 Vaccines in Greater Sudbury

I am relieved to see that the provincial vaccine rollout plans have turned to include Greater Sudbury.

As leaders, it is our job to advocate and fight for what is best for every resident of our community.

I am happy the province listened to us when we spoke up. I personally asked the Premier and his government to do their part, and I am thankful that the first vaccines have now arrived in our community to protect some of our most vulnerable and deserving citizens.
