Traffic Updates: August 2, 2019

Culvert replacements will require partial lane closures on Ojibway Road, east of Little Panache Road, and Sunnyside Road, east of Jarvi Road, starting the week of Tuesday, August 6. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in both directions. Repaving will follow at a later date.

Road widening of M.R. 35 will close access to Marier Street in Azilda from the highway. Please follow posted detours. It is anticipated the intersection will reopen on August 12.

Rainbow Route’s Fisher Wavy Trail, between Kelly Lake Road and Martindale, will close from August 7 to 14 for geotechnical work.

A portion of Fielding Road, south of M.R. 55, will remain closed for relocation of a gas main. Motorists are asked to watch for temporary traffic lights.

Asphalt repairs will close one lane on Lisgar Street between Elm and Durham until August 16.

Grinding and paving will close one lane on the following roads until August 9: LaSalle Boulevard, west of Barry Downe, M.R. 80 in Val Caron and Notre Dame in Hanmer.
