City Continues Snow Removal in Downtown Sudbury and Surrounding  Area

The City will perform snow removal in downtown Sudbury to widen traffic lanes and improve access to parking from Tuesday, February 19 to Tuesday, February 26. Work will be completed overnight between midnight and 8 a.m. in each scheduled area.  Snow removal is dependent on weather conditions.

Residents may experience some traffic delays. In order to facilitate snow removal, please ensure vehicles are not parked on the street overnight to prevent towing. 

Snow removal in the downtown areas of surrounding communities has been ongoing as needed and will continue to maintain lane widths and sight lines.

Tuesday, February 19

Elm Street, from Paris Street to Frood Road
Durham Street, from Elgin Street to Beech Street

Wednesday, February 20

Elm Street, from Frood Road to Simcoe Street
Larch Street, from Elgin Street to Paris Street

Thursday, February 21 

Elgin Street, from St-Anne Road to Minto Street
Minto Street, from Elgin Street to Larch Street

Friday, February 22

Beech Street, from Durham Street to Frood Road
Cedar Street, from Paris Street to Elgin Street

Monday, February 25

Notre Dame Avenue, from St-Anne Road to Elm Street
Paris Street, from Elm Street to Boland Avenue

Tuesday, February 26

Paris Street, from Boland Avenue to Regent Street
