Traffic Update- Sunnyside Road

Sunnyside Road, Sudbury- Culvert installation will close Sunnyside Road immediately west of Luoma Drive on Monday, November 19 to Friday, November 23. Motorists are asked to detour via Tyyne Street. Detour signs will be in place.

Traffic Update - Maley Drive

Maley Drive, Sudbury – Rock blasting is scheduled on the new Maley Drive extension during daylight hours in an area approximately 700 metres northwest of Agincourt Ave. and Dorchester Cres. Work will start Monday, November 19 with an anticipated completion in February 2019. Residents of Gardenvale Court and Yarmouth Street will be notified of blasting by advance warning sirens. 

Rock blasting will continue along the LaSalle Blvd. corridor between Frood Rd. and Notre Dame Ave. Motorists can expect delays of up to 10 minutes and temporary lane closures. Blasting operations on LaSalle Blvd. are limited from Mondays to Fridays, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Construction of Maley Drive continues between Lansing Ave. and Falconbridge Hwy. Motorists are advised to watch for lane changes at the CN Railway crossing. Other areas may be reduced to a single lane between sunrise and sunset, Mondays to Fridays. Reduce speed through construction zones.
