Residents Invited to Share Thoughts on Municipal Customer Service

Residents are invited to share their thoughts on customer service at the City of Greater Sudbury as part of the development of a customer service strategy.

The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete and seeks to identify:  

•    your overall customer service experience at the City
•    types of customer experience interactions you’ve had with the City
•    overall level of satisfaction with customer service
•    suggestions for areas of opportunity in customer service

The survey will be available beginning on Friday, July 13 until Friday, August 3 at 4:30 p.m. It is available both online at or at customer service counters throughout the organization, including libraries and Citizen Service Centres.

Results of the customer service survey will be used to inform the customer service strategy that is in development this year and is scheduled to be presented to Council in the fall.
