Fire ban includes Fireworks

Aug 3, 2018

The City of Greater Sudbury reminds residents that a fire ban is in effect within the City boundaries.

The fire ban means fire permits are cancelled and fireworks are not allowed at this time.

Fires can spread quickly in these dry conditions and residents are also urged to remain cautious when venturing in the bush in and around Greater Sudbury, especially when disposing of smoking materials.
