Traffic Update- Kingsway, Lorne street and Various Locations

Asphalt Milling will reduce traffic to one lane at various locations throughout Sudbury from Sunday, September 17 to Thursday September 21 from 6 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Traffic control will in place and Sudbury Greater police will monitor traffic control through signalized intersections.

Barry Downe Road at the Shoppers/Walmart entrance

Walford Road at the Paris Street intersection

Notre Dame Street at the Kathleen Street intersection

Elm Street at the Lorne Street intersection

Various locations along Lasalle Boulevard, Regent Street, Elm Street and Barry Downe Road

Kingsway, Sudbury- Decommissioning of a gas service on the will close the westbound curb lane at 650 and 586 on the Kingsway on Monday, September 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Kingsway, Sudbury- Curb/sidewalk removals and replacement will close the eastbound lane on the Kingsway from Mount Adam to Silver Hills on Monday, September 18 to Friday, October 6. Work will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Lorne Street, Sudbury- Water main improvements will close the intersection on Lorne Street at Gutcher Avenue on Friday September, 15 to Monday, September 18 at 5 p.m. Motorists will be required to use Bulmer Avenue, Clemow Avenue and/or Irving as alternate routes.
