2018 Budget Public Information Sessions

Residents are invited to attend information sessions to learn about the proposed 2018 Budget.

The sessions will begin with a short presentation at 6:30 p.m., however residents are encouraged to drop in anytime during the meetings to meet with staff, learn about the proposed 2018 budget and ask questions.

Wednesday, November 8, 2017
Grace Hartman Amphitheatre (interior)
6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Tuesday, November 14, 2017
 T.M. Davies Community Centre/Arena, Lively
 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Wednesday, November 15, 2017
Centennial Community Centre/Arena, Hanmer
6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Thursday, November 16, 2017
Lionel E. Lalonde Centre, Azilda
6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Details for additional sessions in the Garson and Sudbury areas will be announced at a later date.  

The proposed 2018 budget will be presented to City Council at the November 7 Finance and Administration Committee of Council, and will deliberated  on December 5, 6 and 7. Council is expected to approve the 2018 budget at the December 12 meeting. 

All Council meetings are livestreamed at www.greatersudbury.ca/livestream or on the Greater Sudbury Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/greatersudbury. Council meetings are open to the public. Residents are encouraged to tune in or attend to become involved in this very important municipal process.
