Residents Cautioned Against Telephone and Door-to-Door Solicitation for Water Filtration Systems

The City of Greater Sudbury advises residents that the municipality is not contacting local households to test their water quality nor to sell water filtration treatment systems. The municipality never contracts private companies for door-to-door sales.
Municipally treated water undergoes daily monitoring and testing to meet the highest standards for water quality. Residents with questions about their municipal drinking water may dial 3-1-1 for further information.
