Ramsey Lake Skating Path to Open Today!

The City of Greater Sudbury would like to advise residents that the Ramsey Lake Skating Path will open today from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Path will be open on Saturday from noon to 8 p.m. and on Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m.  Regular Monday to Friday hours will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The path is approximately 1.8 km long, extending from the Sudbury Canoe Club at the corner of Elizabeth Street and McNaughton Terrace to Science North and the Northern Water Sports Centre. Heated change facilities are located at both ends of the path. The Ramsey Lake Skate Patrol will be on patrol only during the hours of operation of the skate path.
