Update: Scale at the Azilda Landfill Site – Small Commercial Vehicles Permitted

Access to the Azilda Landfill has reopened to small commercial vehicles. The Azilda Landfill scale remains closed for repairs. 

Residential and small commercial vehicles delivering waste to the landfill will have loads assessed and will be subject to a flat rate based on vehicle type. 

Residents and small commercial vehicles who prefer to pay tipping fees based on scale weight may visit the Sudbury or Hanmer landfill sites.
