Traffic Update - September 9

Regional Road 15, Chelmsford: Railway crossing rehabilitation will reduce traffic on Regional Road 15, just south of Bonin Street, starting on Thursday, September 10. Work will affect traffic flow on Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with one lane being maintained, in the form of a bypass lane. Temporary crossing planks will be in place to allow traffic to cross the tracks during the evening hours. Repaving of the road is expected on Saturday. Once repaving is complete, regular traffic flow will resume. Crews will remain on site on Monday, for clean up.

Elgin Street/Ste. Anne Road, Elgin Street/Beech Street: Roadwork continues at the intersection of Elgin Street and Ste. Anne Road . The street will be closed on Thursday, September 10 from 8:30 a.m. to Noon. Once this work is completed, crews will move to the intersection of Elgin Street and Beech Street from Noon to 7 p.m. Detours will be marked in both spots with Police on site, directing traffic.
