Traffic and Water Update - October 16

Paris Street, Sudbury: The City will be conducting repairs on the Paris Street watermain on Sunday, October 18, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Residents in the south end may notice lower than normal water pressure and some possible water discolouration. Due to the watermain work, Paris Street at Ramsey Lake Road will be down to one south bound lane.

Notre Dame Avenue, Sudbury: A private contractor will be conducting maintenance work to a manhole on Notre Dame Avenue that will close the northbound inside lane, near the Lasalle intersection, starting on October 21 through to October 23. Work will be done on those days between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Kingsway/Barry Downe Road, Sudbury: A private contractor will be working near manholes at the intersection of the Kingsway and Barry Downe Road on October 19 and 20. The eastbound inside lane on the Kingsway will be closed. Traffic turning south onto Barry Downe Road will be maintained. Work hours will be restricted to overnight from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. 

Highway 69 North (M.R. 80), McCrea Heights/Guilletville: Gas service installation by a private contractor will close the north bound curb lane in the areas of McCrea Heights/Guilletville, just north of Neal Street and again just south of Hubert Street, on October 20. Work will be done between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
