Residents Reminded of Parking Restrictions during Special Events at Sudbury Arena

Residents are reminded that parking is restricted on Minto Street, Grey Street, Elgin Street and other areas posted as prohibited parking to ensure unobstructed access for emergency vehicles and safe flow of vehicle and foot traffic during special events at the Sudbury Community Arena.

Ample parking is available in municipal lots on Elgin, Minto and Shaughnessy Streets. A $3 charge applies during special events at the Sudbury Community Arena.

Tickets for on-street parking infractions in Downtown Sudbury and other parts of Greater Sudbury are enforced under the Provincial Offences Act (POA). Failure to pay fines may result in a denial to renew or issue a vehicle permit.
