Local Brassica Vegetables at the Market this Weekend: September 12 and 13

There will be lots of locally grown brassica veggies available this weekend at The Market. Brassica, the family name for broccoli, cabbage, kale and cauliflower, will be in abundance and ready for your table! Gluten-Free Galore, a new vendor for September will be at The Market with a variety of breads, buns and sweet treats for those with gluten sensitivities.

Jamie Dupuis will perform on The Market stage on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. On Sunday, bring your little ones to enjoy an encore performance by children’s entertainer Rodney Meilleur, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

The Market is your destination for fresh air and fresh food this season. Enjoy live entertainment, fresh local produce, unique gift ideas and much more. The Market is located next to the CP/Via Rail Station at 233 Elgin St. in downtown Sudbury, and is open every weekend rain or shine, Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
