Blueberry Blast at The Market this Weekend: July 18 and 19

Treat the family to an all-day blueberry pancake breakfast this Saturday at The Market. Blueberry Blast is an annual Blueberry Festival event, sponsored by Sudbury Credit Union, and will feature live bands, face painting, clowns and more. 

The Market will be in full-swing this weekend with many one-day-only vendors making a special appearance for this annual event. Double Frosted Cupcakes, a new addition to The Market this season, will satisfy that sweet tooth with a delicious frosted treat. 

Visitors are reminded that the parking lot directly across from the Sudbury Arena on Elgin Street is only accessible via the YMCA parking lot entrance. The main entrance to this lot is closed for the season to accommodate the improved market site layout. Additional free parking is available at the municipal lot on Elgin Street, located on the south side of the CP/Via Rail Station building.

The Market is your destination for fresh air and fresh food this season. Enjoy live entertainment, fresh local produce, unique gift ideas and much more. The Market is located next to the CP/Via Rail Station at 233 Elgin St. in downtown Sudbury, and is open every weekend rain or shine, Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
