Taekwondo: Junior

Ages 6 to 9

Students will learn the basics of Taekwondo and improve their discipline, control, physical fitness, co-ordination and self-confidence.

Fall Session

Registration starts August 7, 2018 at 8:30 a.m.

Session Dates: September 11, 2018 to November 28, 2018

Fee: $109 for two 45 minute sessions per week

Classes twice weekly:

Winter Session

Registration starts August 7, 2018 at 8:30 a.m.

Session Dates: December 11, 2018 to March 13, 2019 (No Classes on December 24,26&31,2018 and February 18, 2019)

Fee: $109 for two 45 minute sessions per week

Taekwondo: Junior +

Ages 10-12

This program places special emphasis on consolidating and refining the basic Taekwondo skills. Students will continue to develop their motor skills, agility, balance, coordination, rhythm, time/space orientation, speed and dexterity as well as hand-eye coordination.

Taekwondo: Teens and Adults   

Ages 13 and up

This program is designed to allow the participants to acquire, consolidate and refine their Taekwondo skills through a variety of taekwondo activities. The objective is to encourage autonomy over learning and provide opportunities to learn new skills independently and in group settings.

Yoga

This program is designed for deep relaxation. The practice includes centering the body and mind, followed by gentle stretches and restorative postures to gradually open the body and bring a sense of deep restoration. Finish feeling refreshed, restored, and renewed. All skill levels welcome.

Fall Session

Fee: $62 per eight week session

Open Gym Night

Open to all ages. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.

No registration necessary! Drop in for a quick pick up game of basketball, volleyball, floor hockey or one of our many gym games. Come and go as your schedule permits.

Fee: $2.70 per visit

September 4, 2018 to June 28, 2019:

  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6 to 9 p.m.

Walkabout for Adults and Seniors

Get your exercise, no matter the weather! Grab a friend and stop by during designated hours for a few indoor laps of the gym. Stay active without worrying about rain, snow, heat or bugs! Advance registration is not necessary. Come and go as your schedule permits.

Fee: $2.70 per visit

September 4, 2018 to June 28, 2019:

  • Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
