Family Badminton

Bring the entire family out for a night of badminton! Bring your own equipment or borrow some from our facility. No registration required. Come and go as you please.

Open Gym Night (Volleyball and Basketball)

Ages 13 and up

Drop in for a chance to shoot some hoops or work on your serve. Enjoy our open gym night by playing some basketball or volleyball – or both! We have equipment if you don’t have your own. No registration required. Come and go as you please.

Indoor Walking

Get your exercise, no matter the weather! Grab a friend and stop by during designated hours for a few indoor laps of the gym. Stay active without worrying about rain, snow, heat or bugs! No registration required. Come and go as you please.

Tai Chi

This program consists of a simplified form of Tai Chi which emphasizes slow turning and stretching. Participants will be encouraged to learn at their own pace with modification and props. A great way to relax and improve your health! No registration required.
