Requests for refunds or program transfers must be made in writing to: Leisure Services, City of Greater Sudbury, 200 Brady Street, P.O. Box 5000, Station A, Sudbury, Ontario, P3A 5P3 or by email to leisure.services@greatersudbury.ca

Requests for refunds and transfers may also be made in writing at the following municipal facilities:
