Cancellations and Refunds for Summer Playgrounds and Day Camps
- Requests for refund received in writing by the City of Greater Sudbury at least 10 business days in advance of a playground or camp start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $16.50 administrative fee.
- Requests for refund received in writing by the City of Greater Sudbury less than 10 business days in advance of a playground or camp start date are not eligible for refund, except under extenuating circumstances, less a $32 Administration Fee. A medical certificate may be requested to substantiate a request for refund due to medical circumstances.
