Cancellations and Refunds for Scheduled Programs and Group Lessons
- Requests for refund received in writing by the City of Greater Sudbury at least 10 business days in advance of a scheduled program or group lesson start date are eligible for full refund, minus a $16.50 administrative fee.
- Requests for refund received in writing by the City of Greater Sudbury less than 10 business days in advance of a scheduled program or group lesson start date, or when less than 25 per cent of scheduled session dates have passed, are eligible for a prorated refund, minus a $32 administrative fee.
- Requests for refund received in writing by the City of Greater Sudbury when more than 25 per cent of scheduled session dates have passed are not eligible for reimbursement, except under extenuating circumstances. A medical certificate may be requested to substantiate a request for refund due to medical circumstances.
