Cancellations and Refunds for Private Lessons, Semi-Private Lessons and Personal Training

  • Requests to cancel private or semi-private lessons must be received in writing by the City of Greater Sudbury at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson, to be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to a $16.50 administrative fee for rescheduling.
  • Requests to cancel private or semi-private lessons received in writing by the City of Greater Sudbury, less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson are not eligible for refund or credit, except under extenuating circumstances. A medical certificate may be requested to substantiate a request for refund due to medical circumstances.
  • If a request for cancellation is received for semi-private lessons, both participants must cancel.
