Active Yoga

This program is designed to help you improve strength and flexibility. The practice includes a mix of power and flexibility with a layer of balance and core strength added in. The flow is challenging but poses are very accessible to all body types. If you like to feel the burn and work up a sweat this class is for you!

A gentle class that adapts yoga poses using a chair. This class cultivates awareness and deep relaxation through meditation, breathwork and gentle stretches. Suitable for all skill levels and those age 16+.
