Aerobics
Aerobic classes are designed to lead participants through a variety of exercises based on the principle of progressive overload. Working at your own pace, you will be using fat as your energy source. Aerobics is a cardio workout for your lungs and heart, as well as a muscle endurance workout for core strengthening, toning and balance. You will get a great workout PLUS sweat to the beat of great music.
Cardio Drumming

Get moving with this high-energy, full-body workout that blends cardio and rhythm in a fun drumming-inspired session. Open to all fitness levels - no experience needed. Just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to sweat, smile and make some noise!

Offering fitness programs for 40 years, Ms. Fits has proven that exercise can be fun! Come join our classes for women and improve your fitness while working at your own level in a friendly atmosphere. Classes incorporate the components of cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Limited class sizes. Classes are held in the upstairs hall.
