CGS Gift Cards

Looking for a gift idea for birthdays and other special occasions? Support your loved one in becoming more active and engaged by giving the gift of recreation opportunities, such as swimming, skating, gym activities, registered programs and more.

How can I buy a gift card? 

City of Greater Sudbury (CGS) gift cards can be purchased at any CGS fitness facility, pool or Citizen Service Centre.

Will my gift card expire or lose value? 

Our gift cards never expire or lose value.

Can I replace a lost or stolen gift card? 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards and cannot replace them.

How can I check my gift card balance? 

The gift card balance will be printed on your receipt after each use. You can also inquire at a CGS facility or call the number on the receipt.

Can I redeem my gift cards for cash?

Our gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

What can I do if I have an issue receiving or redeeming my gift card?
