Fit Check

Lifeguards will ensure the life jacket is properly fitted to the individual:

• Adults: The jacket should fit snugly around the torso, not rise above the chin/ears, and allow for comfortable movement and breathing.

• Children: The jacket must stay securely in place and not slip off when lifted by the shoulders.
