What if I'm Unhappy with GSU's Response?

Please refer to the Water/Wastewater Complaint and Adjustment Process (PDF, 2.28 MB) which describes the protocols that will be followed to respond to water/wastewater complaints. This process will streamline complaints to ensure that:

  • The necessary information is obtained to complete an investigation;
  • An investigation is conducted and documented;
  • You receive regular updates, based on standard timelines;
  • A resolution is provided to you in a clear and concise manner.

If you have already submitted your complaint to GSU and are unsatisfied, you may submit your complaint to the City.

How do I submit my complaint to the City?

Submit your complaint by:

You will be required to provide the following information:

  • Your name (you should be the account holder);
  • Property address;
  • Description of issue;
  • Date issue occurred (or period if length of time);
  • Additional information (as requested).

This information will permit the City to review your records to complete an investigation. Missing information or delays in providing information will result in extended timelines for resolution.
