Who Do I Contact if I Have a Complaint or Want My Water Bill Adjusted?
If you have a complaint or want to request an adjustment to your bill contact Greater Sudbury Utilities (GSU). The City of Greater Sudbury has contracted out billing services to GSU who will respond and/or resolve complaints or adjustment requests relating to water/wastewater billing.
