Get Notified of Water Main Breaks

Depending on the timing and impact of the water main break, it can be difficult to immediately notify you of water service disruptions.

• Our first action will be control the leak or break. Once the issue is under control we work to notify you.
•  If the affected area is small, a water services crew will go door-to-door with notices to let you know that repairs are happening and how long we expect the service disruption to last.
• Significant and large impact notices will be posted on our News and Public Notices web page, Twitter and Facebook.
