Private Lead Water Service Inventory

The personal information collected in this survey will help create more complete and accurate data within the City’s predictive lead model. This model is part of the City’s Private Lead Water Service Replacement Program and serves as a useful tool to predict the likelihood that a private lead service line is present at a given address.
