Waste Survey Reports
If you are an industrial, commercial and/or institutional (ICI) user of water/wastewater systems and a By-Law Compliance Officer requests a report of your practices, you must complete and deliver a Waste Survey Report to the City within 30 days.
Information that must be included in the report includes:
- A description of operations
- Wastewater characteristics
- Disposal practices
- Spill prevention plans
- Schematic process diagrams related to wastewater treatment prior to disposal in the municipal sanitary sewer system.
