Licensed Plumbers

A list of plumbers licensed by the City of Greater Sudbury is available here. This list does not constitute an endorsement by the City of Greater Sudbury nor is it a complete list of plumbing contractors. It's recommended that property owners obtain references prior to choosing a contractor.

Property owners are reminded that they are responsible for ensuring that proper plumbing and/or building permits are obtained prior to installation or construction.

Property owners must obtain at least two quotes from licensed plumbing contractors, prior to submitting an application for the plumbing subsidy. The property owner will be permitted to hire the contractor of their choice but the municipal subsidy will be based on the lowest quote.
