Bike to Work Day - June 12, 2019
On Wednesday, June 12, 2019, trade four wheels for two and ride your bike to work for the City's first annual Bike to Work Day.
People who bike to work that morning, or those who are interested in learning more about cycling in our community, can stop by the Commuter Café from 7 to 9 a.m. at the Tom Davies Square Courtyard (Larch Street entrance) where local agencies, not-for-profit organizations and businesses will be on hand to talk all things cycling in Greater Sudbury. The City will be providing grab-and-go breakfast and the Quench Buggy will be there to provide participants with fresh drinking water.
Mayor Brian Bigger will be there to officially proclaim June as Bike Month in Greater Sudbury at 8:15 a.m. sharp.
Commuter cyclists can also fill out a ballot for a chance to win prizes generously donated by local businesses!
