Road Reconstruction
Loach’s Road and Armstrong Street, Sudbury
The City of Greater Sudbury will be continuing road improvements on Loach’s Road, between Oriole Drive and Lo-Ellen Park Secondary School, and on Armstrong Street between Loach’s Road and the dead end, in Sudbury.
Construction by the City’s contractor, Teranorth Construction and Engineering Limited, will begin Spring 2025 and is expected to be completed Summer 2025.
Work will typically take place during daylight hours Monday to Friday.

- Placement of top layer of asphalt,
- Property restoration,
- Installation of a concrete sidewalk on the south/east side of Loach’s Road between Armstrong Street and Lo-Ellen Park Secondary School
