Construction Notice- December 4, 2025
Road Reconstruction, David and Marion Streets, with Storm Sewer Upgrades to Ramsey Lake (Bell Park), Sudbury
The City of Greater Sudbury has completed road and water/wastewater upgrades on David Street, from 30 metres east of Paris Street to its west end, and on Marion Street, from its north end to McNaughton Street.
This project also includes road improvements and storm sewer upgrades on Ramsey Road and Paris, McNaughton, Facer Streets.
Construction by the City’s contractor, Teranorth Construction & Engineering Ltd., will resume in spring and is expected to be completed summer 2026.
A Construction Notice will be issued before the beginning of the construction season next year.

- Replacement of storm sewer on Facer Street at Paris Street.
- Placement of new asphalt at the intersection of Facer and Paris Streets.
- Any outstanding property and driveway restoration
