Season Start-up Notice- March 7, 2024
Road Reconstruction
The City of Greater Sudbury will be continuing road and water/wastewater improvements on Struthers Street, between Regent Street and Junction Creek, in Sudbury.
Construction by the City’s contractor, Teranorth Construction & Engineering Limited will begin spring 2024 and is expected to be completed July 2024.
Work will typically take place during daylight hours Monday to Friday. Weekend or night work may be required.

Current Construction Details:
- Realignment of the 5-way intersection
- Roadway reconstruction
- Replacement of concrete curb, sidewalk and asphalt
- Replacement of watermain, including services
- Replacement of sanitary sewer main, including services
- New storm sewer system within roadway
Project Highlights:

- Reconstruction of the roadway including new granular and asphalt.
- Installation of new concrete curb and sidewalk.
- Installation of a new watermain including services.
- Installation of a new sanitary sewer main including services.
- Installation of a new storm sewer system within roadway.
- Reconstruction of a portion of the connecting side streets including full depth asphalt removal and replacement of concrete curb, sidewalk, and asphalt.
