How to Cancel or Change Your Trip

To cancel or change your trip you will need:

  • Your name
  • Your rider number
  • Date and time of your scheduled trip
Cancelling Your Booking

You can cancel a booked trip online, using the GOVA Plus mobile or desktop app, or by calling 705-670-2300.

If you need to cancel your trip, you must do so as far in advance as possible and no later than 7:30 a.m. on the day of your booked trip.

Cancellations made after 7:30 a.m. on the day of the booked ride will be considered a late cancellation.
