During Your Ride

Trip Length: It is important to keep in mind that GOVA Plus is a shared-ride service and does not follow a fixed route. Factors such as the number and location of pick-ups, time of day, traffic, weather, and distance to the destination will impact your travel time on the bus.

Unscheduled Stops: Bus operators are not permitted to make unscheduled stops. If you wish to stop at two or more destinations, you must book two or more rides.

Seatbelts and Restraints: Each GOVA Plus bus is equipped with seat belts and wheelchair restraint systems. All passengers are required to buckle either their personal seatbelt or the bus seatbelt, unless they have a medical exemption stating otherwise on file with GOVA Plus.

Parcels and Bags: Due to space limitations, please limit parcels and bags, including laundry bags, to whatever you can carry and hold on your lap. GOVA Plus bus operators are not permitted to load or carry parcels and bags.

Scent-Free Zone: For the comfort of passengers who may have allergies and scent sensitivities, GOVA Plus vehicles are scent-free zones. Please do not use scented lotions, soaps, perfumes, or colognes when travelling on GOVA Plus.

Personal Hygiene: To ensure the comfort of all passengers, we kindly ask that everyone maintain good personal hygiene.

Conduct: Abusive, threatening, or obscene language or actions will not be tolerated and may result in suspension of service. Smoking vaping, food and drink are not permitted to be used or consumed on GOVA Plus vehicles.
