GOVA Zone Plus App: Accessible, Convenient, and In Your Control
Beginning July 1, GOVA Plus and GOVA Zone clients have the option to book rides using the GOVA Zone Plus app on smartphones, tablets, and computers. You can still book by phone or *email (*GOVA Plus clients only), but the app adds flexibility and convenience. Download it from the App Store, Google Play, or visit https://book.govazoneplus.rideco.com.
To get started, create an account in the app using your personal email and a password of your choice.
With the GOVA zone plus app, you can:
- Book, modify, or cancel rides
- Pay your fare digitally *GOVA Plus clients only (GOVA Zone customers will continue to pay on board using their GOVA Pass mobile app, Smart Card, or Cash)
- Track your bus in real time
- Receive reminders via text or phone call
- Rate your ride after each trip
This new tool is designed to give you more control over your travel experience and make booking easier than ever. If you are a current GOVA Plus customer, please call 705-670-2300 to confirm your email address before creating your account in the app.
