GOVA Plus App: Accessible, Convenient, and In Your Control
GOVA Plus clients now have the option to book rides using the GOVA Plus app on smartphones, tablets, and computers. You can still book by phone or email, but the app adds flexibility and convenience. Download it from the App Store, Google Play, or visit https://book.govaplus.rideco.com.
Your current rider number and eligibility status remain unchanged. To get started, create an account in the app using your personal email and a password of your choice.
If you are a current GOVA Plus customer, please call 705-670-2300 to confirm your email address before creating your account in the app.
With the GOVA Plus app, you can:
- Book, modify, or cancel rides
- Pay your fare digitally
- Track your bus in real time
- Receive reminders via text or phone call
- Rate your ride after each trip
This new tool is designed to give you more control over your travel experience and make booking easier than ever.
