GOVA Plus passes and ride cards can be used on the conventional GOVA transit system. GOVA Transit Photo ID is not required for GOVA Plus Concession Fare.

- GOVA is not responsible for lost or stolen ride cards, passes or GOVA Transit photo ID.
- Ride cards and passes are non-refundable.

When Boarding

At the time of boarding, please present your fare or show your app to your GOVA Plus bus operator.

A one-ride cash fare is for a single one-way ride.

When the GOVA Plus bus operator takes your 31-day pass or 6-ride card for inspection and validation, it will be returned to you before departure.

GOVA Plus bus operators are NOT permitted to search your belongings or your person for your 31-day pass, 6-ride card or cash. If you are unable to manually provide the bus operator with your fare, your fare should be carried outside of your clothing or belongings on a lanyard or light mesh pocket.
