Completing Your GOVA Plus Application
It is important that as much information as possible is provided on your application.
Applications are reviewed by GOVA Plus staff and the information provided on the form related to any limitations, mobility aids or supports you require that may affect your ability to take conventional transit are important in determining eligibility for the GOVA Plus service.
If more information is required, GOVA Plus staff may contact you or you may be asked to participate in a functional assessment.
If your application is approved, you will receive a letter with your rider number and additional information about using the GOVA Plus service.
If your application is denied, you will receive a letter detailing the reason for the denial. Additional information will be provided to you about accessible transit options and how to appeal the decision.
