Drop Off Locations

You can drop off leaf and yard trimmings in the composting area of your local landfill without tipping fees, but the gate fee will apply. You will need to make sure that:

• Your leaf and yard trimmings are separated from any other waste. If they are combined with garbage the associated tipping fee will apply.
• Leaf and yard trimmings must be delivered loosely or in compostable paper bags.
• Branches must not be longer than 2.4 metres/8 feet.
