What does staff /committee consider when looking at a minor variance application?

Each variance is different and its approval depends on a combination of what is being proposed and the site configuration. Consideration will be given to matters such as the overall size, the width, the depth, whether its irregularly shaped, topography, rock outcrops, existing cleared areas, etc.
