What is the cost?

The application for a Zoning Conformation Letter is separated by classification of the records and is non-refundable. An application fee accompanies all requests for access to information and is payable in person at the Building Planning and Permits section of the One Stop Services counter, or by calling 705-674-4455, ext. 4278 to pay by credit card once you have received your confirmation email noting your application has been received.

The fee for a Letter of Opinion is $176 (subject to change as per User Fee By-law), to be submitted with the letter of request either in the form of a cheque or to be paid by credit card by calling Building Services main line 705-674-4455, ext 4278.
