Timeframe

The City aims to carry out all inspections the day after they are scheduled, provided they are booked by noon the preceding day. However, in accordance with the Ontario Building Code, building inspections may be conducted within two business days. The period to conduct the inspection begins on the business day after the request was made, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
