During the 2024 Budget process, a Business Case was presented to City Council seeking one-time funding for construction of the planned infrastructure improvements in the Lasalle/Elisabella Strategic Employment Area. The Business Case was approved, and the City will be investing $19.4 million to deliver servicing capacity upgrades to support economic growth and job creation. 

Employment Land Community Improvement Plan

The City of Greater Sudbury has adopted the Employment Land Community Improvement Plan (CIP), to support industrial land development and job creation in the community.
