2.  Part of Hill Road, Lively, legally described as part of PIN 73377-1564(LT), part of Lot 7, Concession 5, Township of Waters, City of Greater Sudbury to Perry & Perry Holdings Inc.

3.  Part of 365 Agnes Street, Sudbury, legally described as PIN 02132-0993(LT), Parts 1, 4, 5 and 6, Plan 53R-22286, part of Lot 4, Concession 4, Township of McKim, City of Greater Sudbury to Dukes Industrial Park.

The sales will be considered by the Planning Committee on December 8, 2025.
